About us

We are an Anglo-Sicilian family, based in London. We produce our olives at our estate in North Eastern Sicily on a hill facing the Aeolian Islands, close to the small village where our family has lived for many generations.  Our oil is a family affair - we harvest, press and bottle the oil ourselves.  We sell our oil at farmers markets, and now also via our website.

Our oil

Our oil is made in small quantities, only from our own olives. We cold press the olives locally, on the day that they are harvested.  Because our land is at 550m above sea level, our harvest is relatively late. We usually begin our harvest after 'I morti', All Souls Day.  This gives  our oil a distinctive quality and taste.

Using our oil

Our oil can, of course be used for all cooking. You will really appreciate it when it is used for dressing salads, vegetables, simply prepared meat and fish dishes, lentils

 and pasta dishes.
